Redesign | UX Design | A/B Testing | Prototyping | Usability Testing

This is a fully responsive website redesign project for Frontpoint. This project was completed during my tenure at the DIY home security company as a Senior Product Designer, E-commerce. Their original homepage was incredibly outdated, not fully responsive, aesthetically appealing, or with reflective UX best practices.

From my very first day (which began before my original contract start date due to dire need), I was tasked with managing the redesign of the homepage across all devices. I was a part of the E-Commerce team and worked directly with the development and marketing teams to complete this project. We faced many challenges with this project due to changes in the developing team and management. This led to work being completed during two-week sprints using agile methods.

The low and high-fidelity prototypes were completed in both Adobe XD and Figma.

Once the homepage was complete, I was tasked with managing the redesign of the “Why Frontpoint” page.

One of my special projects was for a promotion with Allstate. I once again owned the design project from beginning to end. I created a fully responsive landing page that led to a detailed Allstate product page. Allstate LOVED my final design and it received approval to move forward. I once again worked with the e-commerce, marketing, and development team to complete this project in an agile method.
